I’ve been going to Santa Monica Motors for Smog Certification for a few years now and always happy with their level of service and the friendliness of the staff.

Mr. Park met me with a smile and humor. I'd been ripped off and falsely warned that my catalytic converter would require thousands to repair by non STAR, so called 'repair shops'. Mr. Park's assurance made me feel a hell of a lot better..and it only got better. I Passed! The relief I felt still resonates as I write this hours later. Yes, I highly recommend this particular shop and I thank you for being upstanding. Thank You!!!

I took my vehicle to Santa Monica Motors for a smog check. The service was phenomenal across the board. 5 stars for sure and I highly recommend.

First, by phone the guy was sweet and complete in answering my questions. At the shop all three service people I spoke with continued to relate to me with kindness. How refreshing! They said it would take about half an hour. It took even less time

I've been coming here for years for my smog checks. They're very fast and efficient! With an appt. I was in and out in 30 minutes max! Front desk staff are also super friendly and very customer focused
