The people were great - even in the office. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable. The place was spotless. And the most telling was that they were recommended by the Auto Shop I usually go to…I’m taking my other car back next week for service.

Santa Monica motors corrected an issue from a previous car shop in a timely fashion. The previous shop replaced my water pump and thermostat with a low quality water pump and thermostat and didn't replace a broken impeller that I had, which they told me they would. The broken impeller was causing my engine to overheat. SM motors replaced everything with high-quality units and my car was finally running better. Thanks SM Motors!

been going there for over 20 years, fantastic service, Gr8 Staff, world-class mechanics, and fast service bring your car to this place …even if I lived an hour away, I still would drive just for the service inconvenience they offer.
