I go to Santa Monica Motors for my smog checks and recently got an oil change there for the first time. My appointment was kept on time and I waited less than an hour! The front desk staff is so nice - the best Ive encountered anywhere!

Sent some replacement tires to my local auto repair shop in Santa Monica. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and new tires were on the car by 9.30am.

Immediate attention for smog certificate. In and out in 15 minutes without an appointment! And made it super easy for me by having my records on file from the last time. Sent the info directly to the DMV. And have a coupon. Highly recommend!

Just had my smog done at Bobby's half of the shop and it went perfectly. I've been going there for over 20 years and I sure wouldn't stop now. Always courteous and professional, I was in and out of there in less than a half hour. I'm retired so normally I would go there on a week day to beat the weekend crowds, but I had to get it done so I went early on a Saturday morning and it was still fast and easy. Additionally, I occasionally use the service garage half of the shop; Karim and his crew are just as professional and courteous. It's a one stop shop for all your auto needs.

Ray did an excellent job finding the noise that I heard in my car. He is such a sweet and understanding gentleman. He is an angel who did not charge me anything and made sure that I dont hear anymore noise by letting me test drive around the block. He made sure that my car is in good condition.
