This was my first visit with Santa Monica motors to get my smog inspection. I have never had a better experience trying to pass my smog test. I was having issues passing my smog inspection, but I worked with Park on what to do for my drive cycle, then worked with Bob for the final test. My car passed! This place is knowledgeable and actually cares about customers and not after your money. I will be coming to Santa Monica motors for my motor vehicle needs from now on!

Outstanding in every aspect! I moved here from the East Coast two years ago and have been thru numerous Toyota Dealers and privately owned shops and finally found the place! If you have integrity nothing else matters...this shops I tell you has integrity, every last employee. It's a hard find but it can be done.

I’ve been doing my smog checks here on and off for years and have always had such a great experience. You are greeted right away, reasonable prices and wait-times are painless (waited less than 30 minutes in their A/C waiting room to get my SMOG check and printed certificate). Everyone is friendly and professional. Community vibe because they have been located there over 2 decades (maybe more!)

They were great. A gentleman named PARK helped me and without asking he fixed tire pressures and when i got my new plates he installed it for me. Very nice man. I liked the whole staff and highly recommend this place.
