Service and Expertise that cannot be beat ! Customer for 6 yrs Tom Guttman

My first visit to Santa Monica Motors, was efficient, fair priced and timely. Since it was my first time there, they did a diagnosis on my perceived auto problem and checked the tires, fixed a windshield wiper and other things that I did not ask for, they did them without extra charge, I came there for an oil change only but left there feeling very confident that I will return for the rest of the services that are needed.

Big big fan of SM Motors. I have an old VW and I usually get the runaround at most auto shops but not here. The customer service was amazing, they fixed my car in a day, they provided a shuttle to and from my house, pricing is reasonable... its basically everything you look for in a auto shop. I am totally a loyal customer.

From the time I scheduled the appointment over the phone with Joshua until the completion of the job, their customer service was great. I even forgot my wallet at home and they did the work and I called them up and gave them payment over the phone. I will be back and I will recommend them to my friends.

Prompt service and factual to the needs of the car. The reason I trust this place and its people is because they do not try to do what is not needed or make money by easy ways or doing what it is not needed. The day I loose that "trust", no longer will they have my business,....

They dropped me off and pick me up from work. Did the work as quoted and contacted me for any additional work, very polite and professional. That's why I've been a loyal customer for many years.

I give two thumbs up to the service I received at Santa Monica motors. They were fast, efficient, very friendly and very reasonably priced. They provided transportation to my office so that I wouldn't have to prepare a ride and they also came highly recommended by a friend.
