Great (and FAST) service, and you explained what the results of the test actually meant!

Oil/filter change was finished within the hour as promised. We were delayed getting back so Josh delayed his lunch break so he would not delay us. Did not try to sell us any other "needed repairs". Not the cheapest but fair with excellent service.

I'm a long-time customer of S.M. Motors, and had another great experience with their staff and services. There was a minor mix-up in paperwork, this time, that is resulting in a second visit, but the staff are doing everything that can be done to expedite that visit. I highly recommend S.M. Motors--estimates (both time and money) have been fair and accurate, and the staff is friendly and more than competent. As always, it's a pleasure to do business with S.M. Motors.

I came in the afternoon with a broken car. They drove me home, called me an hour later with the problem and had it fixed early the next day, picked me up and home, paid my reasonable bill and drove off. I am sure they would have had it sooner, but the part didn't come in till the morning. Nice, friendly, helpful, and explained the problem. Love them...
