Just got in and out with nothing but great service. Bob was awesome. I used a coupon from smogtips (also a good service). I will admit I was a little nervous when I saw that re-tests are not free. But my car passed with flying colors, it was about 25% cheaper than all of the others, the wait room is clean and I was out of there in a half hour. I will be coming back here.

Karim and Josh treated me great, the shop figured out a problem that nobody else had figured out, and charged me a fair price -- less than they had quoted me over the phone and less, I'm sure, than other places would have charged. They even had a driver take me home after I dropped the car off and then picked me up again. Santa Monica Motors is highly recommended!
