I called this business first to inquire as to their hours of operation. The gentleman that answered the phone was very friendly, informed me, and thanked me for calling. When I arrived the gentleman running the counter let me know how long the wait would be and had me fill out the paperwork. He joked with me because at first I misunderstood what he said. My car was done promptly; another man came to the counter to check me out. He too was very personable and friendly. I went to the DMV the next day for my plates and they had received the information. Great experience, great people who truly seem to appreciate your business.
