After not needing a smog check for some time until now, I prepared myself for a long wait, but instead, the dmog check did not take very long. This place is clean, and the wait area is very comfortable. The staff was efficient and polite. Just as my car's smog check was done, I hesitated to go out into the pouring rain that had just started without an umbrella. To my pleasant surprise, the gentleman working at the service desk escorted me out to my car with his huge umbrella. Thank you for this amazing customer service.
