Yesterday I brought my 2000 honda in for an oil change a squeaky noise. They let me know what preventative maintenance needed to be done and the order it needed to be done in. The guy at the front desk was tremendously helpful, breaking it down into priorities so I could budget. I checked on some things with my brother who lives back east and has some car knowledge and everything checked out with him. There was ample articulate and patient answering of questions. Plus they provided me a a ride home and picked me up to get my car after all the work was done, which made a HUGE DIFFERENCE for me as I would have had to take a cab both ways otherwise. I don't know if this is a regular service or a one time thing but inot being able to find a ride is the one thing that messes me up when I need to bring a car in. I think they are honest and trustworthy. I've gone there for ten years.
Every time I go to Santa Monica Motors, they have been courteous and I've gotten great service. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Really nice, efficient, honest, willing to explain everything. They can hang onto your car or finish an oil change while you wait in less than 45 minutes. Prices seem reasonable, less than or the same as a dealer.
