Bob Rich was very friendly. I arrived at 9am on Thursday without an appointment. He asked me how I heard about his facility and I said that I live 2 blocks away and he offered me a $10 neighborhood discount. I went around the corner for breakfast; I was back in 45 mins and my Tacoma (1996 w/ over 400k miles) was back in the parking spot head out. Bob went through the Tacoma's results with me (barely passed, 2 points below the HC limit) and gave me the copies of my results and the confirmation of the results electronically sent to the DMV. $55 out the door.

Great job - took my car in for service last week and they really knew what they were doing. Very trustworthy, which is ALWAYS valuable in an auto shop as that's hard to find. Smog check right next door so you can get all done at the same time.

Friendly service, short wait, fair price. Not much else to ask for really. The waiting room is decent but treat yourself to a walk in the beautiful park right across the street.
