I've taken my cars to Santa Monica Motors for over a decade because the service is fantastic. They get me in and out as fast as possible and always explain everything, so I know what's going on with my car. Recently, I had to make a couple of trips there to complete the smog test, because of issues with my car. They told me exactly what I needed to do to get my test done. I followed their instructions and got past the issues with little effort. It helps that everyone is so friendly.

Ethical as well as highly competent. Shop could have forced me to much higher cost repair than what they provided ta fix my car's problem. I lacked sufficient knowledge to have disputed the more expensive repair had they done so.
