I dread getting my car repaired (especially being a woman), but I felt that Santa Monica Motors really made it painless. I felt the staff was friendly and respectful. They were very good at calling and letting me know what was going on with my car in a timely fashion, and were great and detailed at answering questions. I really felt I couldn't have had a better experience, and my car is now working fine.

This place is fast, friendly, and affordable. I arrived at 10:00am and was paid up and on my way by 10:20am. Bob is very friendly and covers all the details of the smog test. Their website has a $10.00 off coupon for anyone to use. I would definitely recommned this place to other folks and am definitely going back next time my smog test comes around.

The man on duty took care of my car very quickly and was very friendly. He also gave me a coupon to use for next time I need a smog check!
