In just a couple hours they gave me a fair estimate on replacing my leaky radiator, along with photos of the leak so I could be sure the job was necessary. The car was ready the next morning, with a 2 year warranty on parts and labor.

Great service, speedy, and efficient. I just moved to Santa Monica and needed a smog check. Bob informed me that it was possible to go to the AAA office (I'm a member) in order to process the DMV renewal sticker instead of waiting for weeks for it to arrive in the mail. He's friendly and helpful. There was also not too much of wait.
