Once again, SMM has proven to be the most service-oriented mechanics I've ever met. I brought them my Insight with the IMA light on; their diagnosis showed it was the battery pack. Since I can't afford the $3k battery, at my request, they disabled the IMA system, so I can keep driving my car as gas-only. The bill was an order of magnitude less as a result. You guys rock!

The problem was quickly diagnosed, parts ordered, and repairs done. Great job!!

Staff is great, informative and detail oriented! So glad to have found this place, they really know what they are doing, and at least half price of what you would pay the dealer--which our of habit I was going to for the past several years. No more!
