Read a few reviews and when I called up, Bob was very courteous on the phone. I came in and it was pleasant and straight forward. They were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. It felt very accomodating. The technician told me that I have a nail on one of the tires and they recommended Discount Tires down the street and they were nice folks as well. I highly recommend them.
