I would give 6 Stars if I could. Most Smog places I have gone to have been brusque and often unpleasant. They know they have the power to make your life miserable and almost seem to relish it.But Santa Monica Smog is friendly, welcoming, and even if I didn’t happen to pass I have the feeling they would offer me a sympathethic shoulder to cry on.
