I am VERY pleased with Santa Monica Motors. Everyone who assisted me was professional, kind and made me feel welcomed. When I called to confirm my appointment Karim (the owner) was very articulate about what I could expect for my first visit. While I was there, the person who helped me explained in detail what repairs my car did and did not need. I appreciated the print out I was provided and the explanation why most things could wait to be repaired. He also provided me with an estimate of how much things woudl cost to repair and told me that at my next visit we can revisit the list. Most things were minor, and he indicated this. I appreciated the service I received so much, I referred Santa Monica Motors to a friend.

I just moved to California and chose this place for my first smog check based on the Yelp reviews and the $10 coupon discount. My car was ready to go in 30 minutes and Bob was very friendly. I also received an explanation of my smog test results and a coupon was left inside my car for my next visit. My visit was a pleasant way to welcome me to the state and to the city of Santa Monica!
