I have nothing but amazing things to say about Don and the Santa Monica Motors team after I brought in my 2001 Toyota 4Runner for it's 95k mile check up. Here are a few highlights:1. Amazing that they take online weekday reservations2. They have an after-hours drop box so I could drop my car off before they opened3. They kept me in the loop on progress4. They made a prioritized list of what I needed done and were very transparent on what needed to be done now, later, and at what different price tiers5. They came and picked me up when it was done!The best mechanic experience I've ever had.

Got great input, great service, very reasonable fees, very honest. I took in a Prius, with which they have a lot of experience. Just with a routine service, they managed to fix a few issues that had been plaguing the car.

Quick and easy, exactly what I hope for when it comes to maintaining my car. The yelp coupon is good for 10 bucks and made my smog test come to $59.75. Definitely fairly priced for Santa Monica. They told me about 45 minutes for the test, so I walked to the park across the street, relaxed and read for 45 min, came back, saw my car waiting, paid and got out. Perfect.
