So I hadn't planned on stopping at SMM, I was actually trying to find a gas station to resolve my issue, but I saw a light on and decided to stop there to address my potential oil leak. I dropped by and they had been closed for at least an hour and I spoke with Don who was kind enough to take a look at my Mini Cooper - we popped the hood and he checked everything out. As he found I was low on coolant and oil he graciously topped me off - FREE OF CHARGE. It's not everyday that you find a place where people care more about giving you great service than they do in making a quick buck. It lends to their character and tells me that they are honest which is what you want out of a good mechanic. I will definitely be taking the Coop back there for future service needs. Thanks SMM!

Tried this place after reading the positive reviews. Came here this weekend for a smog check. Bob helped me, he was very friendly as well as knowledgable. Smog checks take approx. 30 minutes or less. Definitely recommend this place.

i have a old 66' chevy C10 and i had a cable drop out from the bottom of the bed. I pulled in and Don was incredibly friendly and helpful. he rolled underneath and zip it down for me on the spot. it rare to find people let alone businesses that are still dedicated to friendly customer service and i can say Don at SMM is rare treat!highly recommend!!!

Let me first state that this shop is AMAZING. Don, Ray and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and honest. Don had very good communication with me as to where they were in the process of fixing my car.They fixed the issue with my Jetta GLI and I could not be happier. They took the time to really focus on the problem. Don was even kind enough to drop the final price.Great shop, great staff, great experience and would highly recommend this to any of my friends and family.5 stars all the way!!!

These guys were quick and everyone was super friendly. I hate it when you pull into a service station nobody seems to notice you. As soon as I pulled up to this place, a guy stopped what he was doing to help me out. When I went into the waiting office, Bob kindly waited on me and already knew the car I drove without asking me. They do warn you that you have to pay if you don't pass. If you don't pass and go back second time, price is half. I got a $10 discount for finding this place on yelp. Wait time was quick, about 30 minutes for me. I've recently moved to the area from Virginia and needed to do this to get my car registered. You don't need an appointment or any paperwork prior to going. Bob is wonderful and has a great sense of humor.

I had to get a smog check so checked yelp and found this place with $10 coupon. Drove over there on Saturday afternoon around 1:30P. No wait. My car passed in under 30 minutes. Simple and easy. No hassles. The guy helping me was very nice. I would recommend this place.

I came here on Saturday, my girlfriend and have been here twice before, we can't think of anywhere else we'd go for a smog check. Bob has been great with us and his other customers while we waited. I like that he goes over the results in detail and recommends improvements to your car. Coming from a family of mechanics it's hard to find a genuine person like Bob!

Bob's an upright, genuine guy. He's really knowledgeable about his line of work and opens up in casual conversation while you're waiting for your car. This is everything that a business should be. Thanks!

This is a second year in a row that I get my SMOG check here, and both experiences have been very positive. Last I passed with no problems. This year my car had service done on it prior to my visit here and the OBD computer was reset. So the test failed for that reason alone. Not only did they offer me a retest for $35 but upon my returns they pretested the car for the OBD computer before doing the retest and charging me another $35. Great service. Will definitely come back here.
