Went in to get a smog check done on my 2008 Lexus GS350. Went inside the store and was greeted by Bob. By the looks of the many patrons there getting their vehicle serviced I was quoted a 40-45 minute wait time to get my vehicle back. From the time they took my keys until the time I went back to collect my keys and pay a total time of 25 minutes had elapsed. That was lightning quick !!! No BSing around at that shop. The office is presentable and very clean. Don't forget to printout that $10 Yelp coupon to help you offset some of that cost. Out the door with discount I paid $59.75 including the certificate. Couldn't be any happier with the service. Thanks Bob and crew !!!

I went for a Smog check which was the first time I have ever done this having not lived in the US very long. I dealt with Bob who was great - I was in a hurry and they got me in and out within 20 minutes (which was less than the 30-35 minutes he had told me it would likely take and which would have been fine with me too). He also told me something really useful that I had never known which was that there was a AAA office in Santa Monica where I could go in with my late registration renewal and walk away with the actual sticker there and then (cash and checks only). He saved me a whole load of time.

Such a friendly fellow!! Went here to do a last minute smog check and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Everyone there was so sweet and I also got $10 off for checking into yelp. I initially thought this process was going to be so painful, but they were so great and I just had to write a review right away. Definitely recommend!!

This place is the best! Always really friendly and helpful. They are trustworthy and fair. They've gone the extra mile numerous times for me. Including fixing my car on the spot when I drive up. One time one of their employees saw me on the side of the road while he was walking home...he took the time to look and fix my car right there on the spot. No charge. All generosity. My car has 140k miles on it and it's going to last for awhile thanks to them. I've gone here for three years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went here after the Lexus dealer wanted a lot of money for some questionable work. Don and his team were great. They determined that my rear liftgate didn't need to have the motor replaced (what the dealer wanted $1500 for), the safety mechanism had tripped and needed to be reinitialized after they reconnected the wires the dealer had left unconnected. I highly recommend this place.

Smog check was fast and efficient-no delays or problems.

Excellent service for my 2006 infiniti M35. Not only my v-belts were replaced in less than 1 hour, but also I was given honest recommendation why original Nissan manufactured belts are much better than cheap noisy AutoZone ones. In addition, I was also looking for a quote for a parking break replacement, door check replacements and few other things, Don took his time to make sure to look at all of it and give me accurate estimate. I am definitely bringing my infiniti back to these guys.
