I'm blown away by the excellent customer service and mechanical work that Don and his team provided - they were thorough yet very mindful of my time constraints. Don went through great lengths to share with me both visually and verbally - in non-car-mechanic terms my car status and issues--I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that! Don & co are experts in their field, highly professional and personable. Oh and my car's glitches - completely fixed within 24 hours. Santa Monica Motors once again did an excellent job extending the life of my Toyota Highlander. Don and Ray even offered suggestions on how to solve a mechanical problem without a costly repair. And it worked! Hats off to all of you from another pleased customer.

The Santa Monica Motors team came through again, fixing a driver's side door that wouldn't lock properly and a sticky accelerator. That may sound minor, but both felt like potentially serious safety problems. Despite a busy lot, they got it done in half a day. And provided door-to-door drop off service in the neighborhood, too.
