Patched up my Honda and got it passing Smog in no time!

This place is absolutely awesome. Went on my lunch break to get a smog check. No line and the test was over in 10 minutes. I was also able to get my car registration done too - they even had the tags on site. It's seriously a mini-DMV with WAAAAY less hassle. So happy with the service and would recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at Santa Monica Motors couldn't have been any better. I stopped in for a smog check without an appointment late in the afternoon. After Bob finished helping the gentleman in front of me, he promptly helped me and honored the $10 discount shown in the pictures on Yelp without me having to bring in a printed copy. Bob said it would be about 15-20 minutes before my car was done. Ten minutes later, my car had passed the smog check, and I was on my way. The service could not have been better, faster, or more convenient. If you need a smog check, just go here and don't even consider going anywhere else.

Don is absolutely reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable! All of these traits are number one; I just have to list them. Santa Monica Motors has some of the best customer satisfaction in the industry because of their impeccable work.

The price was among the cheapest on the west side and the service was flawless. I think the service was fast, but I don't know how long it took. I went to get breakfast at Rae's down the street and the car was done long before I got back. Good customer service as well. I will definitely be back.

I had an emergency where my starter suddenly died. These guys tried really hard to work with me and get my car back on the road in a very quick and cost-effective fashion. Excellent service as always. Thanks again, Don, for everything!

Fantastic service. I worked with Bob directly and have nothing but positive things to say about him and this experience. He was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful; it was awesome to get good customer service. Bob advertised 30 minutes for the inspection, but was done in under 20. On a side note: if you need to kill time while the inspection is being completed - within a five minute walking distance, there is an awesome coffee shop (brand new, I forget the name), a great barber shop (Tel's), and a fantastic Mediterranean restaurant (Z Garden).
