Just came in for a smog check and was done in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly service and was able to get my car registered by Harry next door. Awesome!

Don and Ray are awesome! (Should totally bring them a bottle of whiskey or some other such fabulousness.)I love, love, love my car, but she IS aging. And Don gave me lots of tips to make sure she would clear smog BEFORE he charged me. When you're dealing with annoying DMW certifications, and sometimes a car that means as much to you as a close relative, it's so refreshing to have people who actually know what bedside manner means.Ray, another employee, is first class, too. Obvs management has simply figured out how to hire decent people as these kids serve up Nordstrom customer service by the handfuls.

The positive reviews do not lie. Bob is friendly, funny, and VERY efficient... despite a steady flow of customers while I was there, I was in and out in about 15 minutes (as he'd promised when I arrived). I'll definitely continue to get smog-checked here.

Excellent and courteous service. I brought my car in for a smog check and was out in 15 minutes. The manager is a sophisticated and easy-going fellow. I believe their repair work is excellent, too. Give this nice place a try. You won't be disappointed. In a world where bad service is routine, this place is like a breath of fresh air.
