Don was very kind and helpful! He talked to me through the whole process of what exactly was wrong with my car. Don and his team helped me get a new alternator that has my car feeling brand new. If you need any body shop work done, I highly recommend Don and his team!! I will definitely go back to Don & Santa Monica Motors for any maintenance work!

Amazing service, Don is great

Just went in for my first smog test on a Saturday morning and was in and out in 5 minutes! Typically, I'm pretty timid when it comes to anything involving cars because I'm not that knowledgable on the topic, but Bob made me feel comfortable and is clearly a very trustworthy man. This smog test was my first step in transferring an out-of-state car title and registering my car in California, and Bob referred me to Henry, who is located in the same building. Henry was super helpful and told me exactly what forms I needed to fill out, and he's also able to take car of the registration and new license plates for me because he's DMV certified. No DMV appointment necessary! You can't really beat that!

None of the several auto repair shops I visited knew what to do about my check engine light, several attempts to smog my car--failed, until I brought my car to Santa Monica Motors. Don, and his staff provide the exceptional customer service, and Don is straight-forward and trustworthy, I will not go anywhere else from here on! Thanks so much Santa Monica Motors!! My car is finally passed the smog test, and is on the road!

I've been to Santa Monica Motors probably 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years i've lived in LA. I've always received excellent service-- it's such a relief to have found some honest guys to trust with my car. I brought my car in today to figure out why the check engine light went on-- turns out it was just a loose gas cap, and Don didn't charge me for the diagnostics. Seriously so nice of them, it really made my day. Thanks again to all the great guys working there!
