It was my first - and won't be last!- time at Santa Monica Motors after some of my car issues persisted after visiting other auto repairs shops. I'm blown away by the excellent customer service and mechanical work that Don and his team provided - they were thorough yet very mindful of my time constraints. Don went through great lengths to share with me both visually and verbally - in non-car-mechanic terms my car status and issues--I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that! Don & co are experts in their field, highly professional and personable. Oh and my car's glitches - completely fixed within 24 hours. The fact that they provide 3-year warranty on their work speaks volumes about their excellence. Thanks Don & all at SM Motors!

Santa Monica Motors once again did an excellent job extending the life of my Toyota Highlander. Don and Ray even offered suggestions on how to solve a mechanical problem without a costly repair. And it worked! Hats off to all of you from another pleased customer.

The Santa Monica Motors team came through again, fixing a driver's side door that wouldn't lock properly and a sticky accelerator. That may sound minor, but both felt like potentially serious safety problems. Despite a busy lot, they got it done in half a day. And provided door-to-door drop off service in the neighborhood, too.

My wife and I have been taking her Toyota Prius to Santa Monica Motors for years. The prompt personal service has been outstanding since day one. The car is now getting a bit old but Don and the service department have been great in offering advice and providing alternative ways of going about resolving an issue when it comes up. I cannot speak highly enough of the great service. And, they do smog checking, too.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommended. They diagnosed and estimated the fixing cost for the rattling noise in my car and didn't charge me for it when I decided not to go for the repair for now. I got the oil change however.
