Excellent and courteous service. I brought my car in for a smog check and was out in 15 minutes. The manager is a sophisticated and easy-going fellow. I believe their repair work is excellent, too. Give this nice place a try. You won't be disappointed. In a world where bad service is routine, this place is like a breath of fresh air.

fantastic customer service. was able to work with me even while i'm out of the country on business. noticed that the plastic cover under the steering column is missing two screws causing a really annoying rattling noise and promptly notified don but overall. . loved the service overall.

I highly recommend Santa Monica Motors for your smog check. Bob at the front desk could not have been more gracious. The test itself was performed quickly and efficiently and was reported immediately electronically to the DMV. Harry at the booth next door can then handle your registration and have your CA plates installed on the spot. No need to even go to the DMV, unless you need a VIN check.
