I stopped by santa Monica motors . And met Don he was very helpful, friendly and had a great scene of humor. I had a problem with the lights for my mercedes and he got it fixed fast and right. Thank you Don you are a good guy.

Done! I had time to walk a few blocks down the street and back. When I returned, one car was done and the 2nd was in the bay being checked. Just as I was getting comfy with my iPhone in hand, the 2nd car passed! "Easy Peasy!" That's why I've been coming to this place for smog checks, since I was a kid, myself. : )

Great place! Nicest staff ever. Incredibly efficient and extremely polite in the process. Even though I live in Long Beach, I'll be coming here for my smog check needs from here on out. Mr. Bob is the nicest person in customer service!

Bob is professional, courteous, patient, honest, modest & timely. His shop is tidy, clean & organized and his techs are nice and well presented. As he promised, he serviced me within 2 minutes of arrival & had me on my way & out the door within 15 minutes! His 40+ years of know-how & customer service made me feel at ease. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I feel so lucky to have found Don, Ray and their staff at Santa Monica Motors, as my auto mechanics for life. My starter died the morning before Christmas. They had it completely repaired by 5:00 pm before closing for the Holidays. Competence, Service, Value and Integrity. As good as it gets.
