This place is great. Super customer service and incredibly quick turnaround. Pro-tip: If you are getting your smog check in order to receive your license tags, you can take care of that here as well. They can give you the tags on the spot. I've been going here annually for my smog check and don't see myself going anywhere else.

Don at Santa Monica Motors was super awesome. I didn't know where to go for a security inspection on my salvaged car for insurance purposes, and Don was incredibly helpful over the phone. Sometimes at other auto shops I feel like I'm not getting the full picture or they're not telling me something but I didn't feel that way here. Thanks guys!

The guys here are great. Bob directed us over from next door at the smog shop and was awesome as always. Don helped on the repair side. He was helpful, extremely knowledgable ands funny as hell. I couldn't have felt better with the whole process.

Kindhearted people, helped me with my car, they walked me through what needed to be done and explain everything about the issue and solution for my car. They were very helpful, Don help with explaining my car issues, Fidel dropped me to my house because my car had to stay over night, everyone made me feel safe and important very family like environment. I'm bringing my car back here for sure, they also have rebates and discounts which always help. And honestly they work with you and I like that about a person.
