Service was exemplary - I rolled in just a little after 8am and was attended to right away, as only two other people had managed to show up before I did. Bob offered me the $10 discount almost before I presented my coupon, and shook my hand as he informed me my (8-year old) car had passed the smog check. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Friendly, fast, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them and would go back next time. They clearly explained the charges and the cost was more than reasonable. Greatly appreciated their service.

Great resonably priced service. I live in the Valley, and worth driving over the hills to get servicing for my car.

i only have a positive response from the my experience with Santa Monica motors. From the gentlemen in the office to the mechanic which help me find my i pad I left on the previous day, to the repair to my car, to shuttle service. My car was repaired promptly. and they could have ordered a new part for the repair. They told me what was wrong and reset the module instead of replacing the unit. The bill was minimal however the service was MAXIMUM 5 star business
