Utilizing the powers of Yelp, I found Santa Monica Motors. I have an older vehicle that I am trying to hold onto for 1-2 more years and solid maintenance and some much needed repairs was mandatory to ensure that.I don't even know where to begin. I was completely blown away by the service, customer service, and specifically Ray (I believe his last name is Hodrick and he is the service advisor there). I walked in expecting things to be at least decent (b/c of all of the raving Yelp reviews), but I had no idea that I would end up having the best auto repair experience of my car's 10+ year life.No joke - I didn't know car/auto service could be this amazing. They have 100% set the bar and gained a long-term customer.Why was I so blown away?- They were extremely efficient from the moment I dropped off my vehicle - They provide a shuttle service if you need it (from a super sweet and awesomely kind driver)- Ray. Dude someone go get this guy a trophy and/or a hug. He was the specific individual I worked with. He is an absolute professional and was so damn efficient and on point with everything! He set the tone for my entire experience there and is the specific reason why I will be going to their business for any future repairs that they can provide. He is an excellent at clearly communicating what needed to be done and even provided guidance for where I could go for repairs/services that they did not provide.- Its kind weird to say that, but the energy and vibe there immediately put me at ease. I felt like I was in good hands and was getting service from a business that I could trust.I can not thank this team enough for the experience I had here. You are incredible and I got to see first hand why you get such raving reviews. You absolute deserve it.
