I have been to many mechanics over the years but Santa Monica Motors is absolutely the best auto shop in Santa Monica! Don is a master with cars! I love him and his crew of mechanics. They work magic and I will never go to any other shop to work on any of my 4 cars.I can turn to him and his crew for absolutely anything. I have even called to ask advice on random stuff and Don takes his personal time to help me with any issue that I have.I will NEVER go to another mechanic in the Santa Monica area...Santa Monica Motors is the place to go!!

Santa Monica Motor is the best place to take your car! Excellent mechanics, clear communication on costs and pricing, and they work w your needs. I had a warranty I bought from the dealership and it wasnt easy to work with and Don worked and negotiated for my benefit w the warranty company. They communicate w text messaging alerts ehich is great if yoir meetings all day. I found them to be the best to work on Mini Cooper. This is the best place to take your vehicle!

It was my first - and won't be last!- time at Santa Monica Motors after some of my car issues persisted after visiting other auto repairs shops. I'm blown away by the excellent customer service and mechanical work that Don and his team provided - they were thorough yet very mindful of my time constraints. Don went through great lengths to share with me both visually and verbally - in non-car-mechanic terms my car status and issues--I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that! Don & co are experts in their field, highly professional and personable. Oh and my car's glitches - completely fixed within 24 hours.
