The team at Santa Monica Motors does a first-class job. When there was a minor residual noise after a major repair, Don, the service coordinator, insisted I bring the car back to resolve the problem, gratis, even though it apparently required a significant amount of disassembly and parts replacement. Terrific work ethic and follow-through. I highly recommend this shop for every automotive need.

Competence + Integrity = Loyalty Last December, Santa Monica Motors replaced the starter on my Acura. This week it failed. I had the car towed into SM Motors. Don inspected it, diagnosed it as a broken starter and replaced it free of charge as it was under warranty and he stands by his work. Truly a company worth doing business with. They talk the talk and walk the walk! Santa Monica Motors is the real deal!

in this day and age you can't find a service station to even check your oil for you ( i know i should know how but don't). just went over to see if they could change my oil and oil filter..and they were closed. but i found eloy working on a car. he was a TOTAL SWEETHEART and did that for me. he checked the oil... adding some oil (needed it desperately) and didn't charge me. wow. now i'm making an appointment for other services that my car desperately needs because this guy was nice enough to go out of his way for a stranger. finally...someone gets that it's good business to treat people well and lend a helping hand. no wonder they're booked all the time. they just won over a new customer!

went in for a smog failure C.A.P. repair. Out the same day. Friendly knowlageable employees. Clean facility and clean bathroom.

Best. Service. Ever. I've been servicing my X5 for years at dealerships thinking it was offering the most elite services and I regret not knowing about Santa Monica Motors sooner. Not only are their prices fair but they're customer service is incredible. My BMW hasn't felt new since 2009 and it's finally performing at its best again!!! They offered a free shuttle service, followed up with service details and updates and had my car back to me in no time. From new tires, regular maintenance and repairs... These guys rock. Don, the owner, is AMAZING and his team is just as great. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
