Great resonably priced service. I live in the Valley, and worth driving over the hills to get servicing for my car.

i only have a positive response from the my experience with Santa Monica motors. From the gentlemen in the office to the mechanic which help me find my i pad I left on the previous day, to the repair to my car, to shuttle service. My car was repaired promptly. and they could have ordered a new part for the repair. They told me what was wrong and reset the module instead of replacing the unit. The bill was minimal however the service was MAXIMUM 5 star business

The guys at Santa Monica Motors are great. Their customer service is fantastic. Don is friendly and very helpful. They are up front about what is going on with your car, but they don't pressure you into getting any work done that is not necessary.

This place is fantastic! I really can't say enough good things. They are quick, very friendly and their work is outstanding. I am moving across the country and my old car has to get me there so I needed everything checked out to make sure it could handle the trip. Don was fantastic. Very friendly and understanding. They were right on top of it...filled up my spare tire, gave me a checklist of everything they had looked over (including what was good, what was bad and their recommendations to have it fixed). Don was upfront what was necessary to have fixed for this road trip, and what I could wait on until I have a little more money to spend. No pressure to have something done if it wasn't needed.Highly recommend!
