Can't think of anything I would've wanted more in terms of customer service. Really appreciated the comprehensive diagnostic report with pictures and descriptions. Great group of guys who were super friendly and straight forward communication.

My car wouldn't start and I was able to get an appointment in under 24 hours along with getting the car fixed. Going back for a follow up tomorrow but so far car is running fine.

I've been taking my 2002 VW Cabrio here for oil changes and repairs for five years. Being an older car, it has issues from time to time, like the other day when it stalled out and wouldn't start. I had it towed to SM Motors and after a diagnostic couldn't determine what was wrong, Don asked me to bring a spare key by...thankfully it turns out all that was broken was the chip in the key I was using. It's honest and reliable service like this that keeps me coming back to SM Motors, and makes me feel safer on the road knowing if something does go wrong, these guys have my back.
