They'll take the time to explain what the issue is and gladly explore all the options with you, they did a fantastic job on my Nissan Altima. I've been taking my 2002 VW Cabrio to Santa Monica Motors for oil changes and repairs for five years. Being an older car, it has issues from time to time...stalling out, etc. Their honest, reasonable, and reliable service keeps me coming back, and makes me feel safer on the road knowing that if something does go wrong, these guys have my back.
