Reasonable prices, professional and clear communication from the mechanics. I got an oil change and brake fluid replacement. They threw in a safety inspection and tire rotation for free. The inspection report was texted to me as a PDF, followed up by a call a few hours later to ask what I wanted done. It was very easy and matter of fact - no exaggeration or coercion whatsoever to buy services I didn't need. They called when they said they would and accommodated the time I said I would need the car back. Highly recommended!

Quick and easy

All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. One frustration I had was that despite dropping the car off on Sunday for a 8am Monday appointment, when I called at noon they had not started work on the car yet. It seemed they needed authorization, but hadn't contacted me about that. However, they were fair and I was happy with the work done on my car. They were also very communicative after this initial mishap.

I went in for a smog check. I have gone to this business previously for smog checks. The personnel are very friendly and make customers feel welcome (such good communication is rare these days). The check was done far faster than I expected! The garage bays were very clean and organized. When the warranty runs out on my auto, I plan to take the car to Santa Monica Motors for regular maintenance. I recommend this business.
