Very impressed with the communication and personability of the staff. I had an issue with my smog inspection and they did everything they could to ameliorate it for me. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful but I do not hold them personally responsible. Thanks Guys!

I just want to follow up on a negative review I wrote on 12/24/2015. Only a couple of days after posting the review, the owner of the company (Don I believe) gave me a call directly, wanting to hear more about my recent experience. After patiently listening to my story, he was apologetic and offered to pay for the $500 service that was performed by another mechanic to fix the water pump. Shortly thereafter, he sent me a check for $500. Wow! I was very impressed! Don was true to his word and wanted to show his commitment to customer service. After that experience, I would definitely go back.

Highly recommend this place. They are responsive, reliable, and trustworthy. The team is great at diagnosing the problem, and most importantly your car will be fixed. They know their job and they are absolutely customer oriented. And in urgent situations there is always someone to take care of you. Your car will be in safe hands. By the way, my recent SMOG with them took less than 15 min. Just go there and don't waist time anywhere else.

Smog checks are usually a painful experience for me, actually anything related to car maintenance/repair is (due to my lack of knowledge and previous bad experiences) HOWEVER this was a wonderful experience! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, Bob was very helpful, and the waiting area is really beautiful. Definitely will be coming back.

They were great! did a smogtest and added Some missing screws for free.
