I just want to follow up on a negative review I wrote on 12/24/2015. Only a couple of days after posting the review, the owner of the company (Don I believe) gave me a call directly, wanting to hear more about my recent experience. After patiently listening to my story, he was apologetic and offered to pay for the $500 service that was performed by another mechanic to fix the water pump. Shortly thereafter, he sent me a check for $500. Wow! I was very impressed! Don was true to his word and wanted to show his commitment to customer service. After that experience, I would definitely go back.
