Overall very happy with my service (I was also the HAPPIEST I'VE EVER BEEN with my previous service, so I love/trust this place), and will continue to recommend to friends. Reason for docking a star was - 1) Brake fluid machine out of operation when I needed this service, 2) Phone back-and-forth to discuss the services needed, 3) oil was extremely expensive even compared to my boyfriend's new Mustang at the dealer... I understand oil is expensive but feel it should have been $10-20 less. Perhaps I am just wrong, but this was the perception. Overall I only docked one star for these things because there is so much I was happy with - 1) Frequent & detailed communication, transparency about the urgency of all my issues, 2) LOVED the online report! As someone who digests info via writing best, this was immensely helpful in me processing everything needed, 3) Felt like prices were fair for the expertise I was getting... nobody likes dropping $700 on their car, and I didn't feel like the price was the lowest I could have gotten if I shopped around, but I didn't feel ripped off for the services & quality of the experience that I received.
