Great service, speedy, accurate and friendly.

I've taken cars there twice, and each time it was as quick and painless experience as you could want. They have a nice, clean lobby with decent coffee and comfortable chairs, clearly done up by an actual interior designer.

Good place to go for service on your vehicle. Honest, hard working staff. Extremely clear on what they diagnose and paperwork clearly spells out the work being performed. I've been coming here for years (since they were mostly only a Honda repair shop) and the quality of service remains top notch. They are not cheap, but they aren't what I would consider expensive either. If you care about your car, this is a good independent place to go for service.

Brought in my 2013 Highlander for battery replacement and general checkup. Service was efficient and thorough. Don let me know that I could wait a while before having my oil changed which was nice rather than having me pay for something I didn't need. Also, he pointed out that I need new tires which was very good to know - hate the idea of driving around in an unsafe car with my kiddo's. Customer service was excellent as well. Office staff were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They even provided a shuttle to take me home while I waited for my car. Wonderful service and wonderful people - another great experience at SMM. Thank you!

All the work that I requested was completed. Because a part needed to be ordered and then reordered (the first one was not up to their standards) They washed my car before returning it to me. Always service with a smile.
