Great service! They have a nice new office space and waiting area with magazines, music, TV, free coffee & water. I take my car there for smog check and Bob is always kind, funny and lets me know I will be okay when there are challenges with my car passing.

Very quick service if you bring your car in during non busy hours (e.g. lunch time). Really liked the customer service and waiting room. Thanks!

This place is truly amazing. Customer service is on point, because they are all willing to make sure your experience is top tier. I had a problem with my car, but couldn't wait around because I had to meet my boss, so they worked around my schedule and made sure to accommodate my needs. I trek from Hollywood to Santa Monica because their service is that amazing.
