Took my car into my dealership to get routine service and a smog check. Unfortunately, my registration stated that I had to have a smog check at a "STAR" station. I am so glad that I happened upon Santa Monica Motors. I called Bob and explained my urgent situation and he was wonderful. He told me to drive over and he would take care of me. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable. You can make your own cup of coffee while listening to Bossa Nova gently playing the background. Bob took care of everything at half the price the dealership would charge. I'm a customer for life!

I had been here a few times before and always had a good experience. Prices were good, service, was good, and they always took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I always felt in the know. Today I went in to get some new tires. Somehow there was some miscommunication about my appointment time, which was made over a phone call and maybe that I didn't ask enough questions. Either way, I met with Ray (not who I spoke with on the phone) and he was super gracious about helping me out. The service ended up taking a little longer than expected and Ray not only continued to keep me in the loop, they took amazing care of me and my car!
