Don is great. He made the repair as seamless as possible for me. From the tow to the loaner car, to communication throughout the process. He made sure I was in the loop on all repairs and gave honest input on what I should do now versus things that could wait. Kick Smog check turn around! Less than 30 mins

Great customer service! I arrived at Santa Monica Motors for a smog check but did not have an appointment. Bob greeted me as I parked my car, ready with his ipad and took my information. No appointment necessary. He showed me to the nice customer waiting area, complete with coffee maker, water and TV to watch while you wait. But not for long, my car was ready in about 20 minutes. My 2005 MiniCooperS passed the smog test! I will consider Santa Monica Motors for future auto maintenance.
