Santa Monica Auto Service

Had to do routine 60K service on the family Lexus IS 250. Everything was straightforward. Excellent communication for what was being done and the service techs are always ready to explain the what and why's. You can't go wrong bringing your vehicle to Santa Monica Motors. They won't break your wallet like a dealership, but they aren't the cheapest option either (which is to be expected from the service they provide).

Sm motors is the best mechanic shop around. Don and the crew are professional knowledgeable and courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. I went there with a botched repair job from another shop and they straightened everything out. They are awesome and I cannot recommend them enough. Don't waste your time going to another shop!

This was my second attempt at getting a smog check today, since the first time at the place closer to me failed so miserably (see my previous review if you want more detail). Santa Monica Motors was a bit farther for me, but definitely worth the travel. Bob was extremely professional and friendly, and got me in and out of there so fast. The location is great (right across the street from a park), the waiting room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended and would certainly return.

excellent service and people. i was in and out in legit 15 minutes. and they had coffee but i accidentally forgot to get my cup after i made the coffee, oops!

Quick, easy, and affordable. I was there a total of 10 mins. The staff was very friendly, I was able to use a coupon, and they had coffee. Would definitely recommend!
