Had to do routine 60K service on the family Lexus IS 250. Everything was straightforward. Excellent communication for what was being done and the service techs are always ready to explain the what and why's. You can't go wrong bringing your vehicle to Santa Monica Motors. They won't break your wallet like a dealership, but they aren't the cheapest option either (which is to be expected from the service they provide).
