Fantastic Service and very comfortable waiting area

The alternator was replaced and I was sent on my way. They know their job. I am grateful they quickly knew why my car would not start.

I returned to Santa Monica Motors for service because of the wonderful service I received the first time I was here. Still received wonderful service, several months later! They have a new main office which is perfect for waiting, although I didn't get to enjoy it much because they were so quick to perform my smog test! Everyone was friendly, which made for just an overall pleasant experience.

All I can say is amazing service, done right and completely affordable. I was stranded in Santa Monica from out of town. The guys went the extra mile to get me in so I wouldn't have to tow my car 88 miles. Ray you rock. Don and Elran.....thanks for getting it done right. I'm so grateful to you all.
