Couldn't be happier with our first experience with this shop. The General Manager Don was honest and beyond easy to work with. He gave us the full situation of our vehicle, which wasn't good, and then gave us the time to make the decision on what to do. He was honest in not pushing us to repair a vehicle that was beyond saving and even helped us find out how to get it donated when we decided to let it go. Most repair shops would try to get you to pay for the work no matter what. Not Don, he was truly on our side. Will highly recommend this shop moving forward.

Very professional. Communication started off great but fizzled after a while. I think Don lost interest and never said a thing until I called. The job though was well done. A small glitch

Santa Monica Motors squeezed me in after setting an appointment less than 24 hours in advance. They were able to assess my car and repair it before 5PM the day of the appointment. The pricing was reasonable/fair and my car felt like I was driving it off the lot for the first time again!
