When I took my car in, it was obviously unplanned. Don & team took it in, found time to diagnose the problems with a full day of appointments, and were extremely communicative throughout the process. My car was in poor shape...basically an F if it had to be graded, but they got it up and running and fixed the initial problem enough for me to get the car turned in for a trade in (don't worry, it was just old and time for a new car). When it came to explaining the problem, he explained it perfectly in non-technical car talk for me to fully understand and make a well educated decision about what my next steps should be. I LOVE the reporting that they email you with + pictures (I haven't seen other mechanics do it quite like them). I will be back...hopefully without major repairs next time and only an oil change. But there's no one else on this side of town I'll go to for a trusted and honest mechanic who really does put the customer first.
