Very professional and good timing

Simply the best smog check experience anywhere!! It’s been 20 years and at least 4-5 different vehicles over this time. Bob has always been calm and helpful during the intake and in explaining any anomalies with my older vehicles. The new office and waiting room is a great almost cafe like experience. I had barely sat at the window bar to plug in my phone when my 2002 Sierra was ready. Total elapsed time. 10 min!!

Wanted to have my car checked before manufacturer warranty expires. Santa Monica Motors gave me a next day appointment and a comprehensive report with their findings. Very courteous and professional crew, will definitely go back for service needs; highly recommend
