I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Santa Monica Motors-Smog! I came in with a lot of question and they were all answered with kindness from their wonderful staff. My smog check was quick and easy. They were also able to assist me with my car registration which was a process I was dreading but they couldn’t have made it easier. So grateful to have found this shop. Would recommend it to anyone!!!

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and courteous

50 stars! Today was my 1st appt with SM Motors. I was overdue for service on my 2013 Prius and also wanted a comprehensive maintenance inspection done. The team (front desk and technicians) were all friendly, extremely professional and efficient. The inspection results with guidelines and servicing recommendations were very informative and clear. The final cost was so much lower than I expected after years of getting serviced at the dealership. I highly recommend SM Motors.

I always have a good experience at Santa Monica Motors when I come in for my smog test. They are friendly and take me right away. They have a comfortable, clean indoor space to wait in or you can sit in the chairs outside and enjoy the good weather!
