Tuesday early AM, dropped kids off to school and on my way to work when I noted a repetitive “ticking” sound coming from the front tire and then shortly after saw the “check tire pressure” warning. I pulled into the shop, spoke to Josh that I had a meeting in El Segundo 10am and could not miss it, and that I was thinking of coming back later that day. He suggested that for the sake of safety, he recommended he have it checked out quickly which he did; a bolt with the top sheared off.! He asssured me that he could have this taken care of right away and in plenty of time to make my meeting.! He did and so did I. Thanks Josh and team.!! Great service - thanks for looking out for my safety.!

I was referred by another vendor for an emissions test. The service was fast and friendly; I barely had enough time to take in the clean, pleasant waiting room before my car was ready. The price was great, and I was given the $10 discount I was promised, even though the person who offered it was not there at the time. Thank you, Santa Monica Motors! I will definitely return to you.

Great service, honest and helpful employees, especially my service advisor Josh. I brought my Prius in due to a check engine light. It turned out it was only a loose gas cap so they didn’t even charge me the diagnostic fee. They also replaced the Vanity light over the sunvisor and wouldn’t let me pay for that either. Totally awesome place and I would bring my car back here anytime for any problem !

I love these guys so much! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They are so friendly and informative and never make me feel like an idiot for knowing literally nothing about my own car. Dude literally I would probably be whipping around a busted ass car all the time if it wasn't for them.

Everyone was very efficient. I felt the price was reasonable and the quality of service is top notch!

Excellent service. Very courteous and extremely professional. I am from out of state and took both my vehicles in for the smog test that took 15 minutes or less. These guys have a very good reputation and I now know why. I highly recommend.
