Santa Monica Motors rocks! I've been there for smog issues twice. They are so organized, reasonably priced, honest and skilled. Not to mention, they have a comfortable waiting room.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I used to only go to BMW dealers but had an experience where the dealership didn't fix something until the warranty was up, despite me pointing it out the leak over the course of two years BUT as soon as the warranty was up they then said it needed fixing right away at a cost of $1200. I took it to SM motors and they did the work for half the price, explained in detail the issue and used OEM parts. I trust them implicitly - I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Santa Monica Motors is fantastic. I had a tire leak or thought I did and took it in and 20 min later Alex explained to me how he had checked the tires thoroughly and found no leaks. I hadn't put air in them for a while and he explained that the pressure can lower just enough to trigger the "Flat Tire" warning on the dash. Ray didn't charge me a dime. They know their business and they are really great to deal with. I'm lucky they're close by. I will always be coming back. Professional, customer friendly, patient, effective, affordable. Expert results!

The service here is exceptional. I was in and out getting my bi-annual smog check in less than 30 minutes ! Very friendly and welcoming staff as well. Thank you for providing such great service.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. I went in for a smog check and the whole process only took 15min. I would highly recommend this place.
