I had a recurring problem in my 2003 Rav 4 that was difficult to diagnose. Ray, Karim ,and the mechanics took the time and worked hard to determine what the exact problem was and Nailed it! I'm so grateful to them for their determination in fixing what was for me a scary issue. Thanks guys! You're the greatest!!!

I had to get a smog certificate. Drove in without calling on a weekday in the morning. I was greeted in the parking lot and my vehicle was taken in. I was told it would take 15 mins. Went to the office, provided by information and was out in less than 15 minutes and with a nice cup of coffee to boot. Staff was amazingly friendly. Wish everything was so awesome.

Fantistically quick and easy smog check!

It was quick and easy to get my smog check performed here! There was no wait to get in and the waiting room was lovely. Well done.

Dropped in the for an oil change - not only did they accommodate my schedule (had to get to work), they took time to show me state of Tires and informed me of options. They also took care of replacing the batteries in my remote key fob. ITS THE LITTLE THINGS that set you apart from others. Thanks guys.
